FAQ about car rental
To rent a car in Punta Cana, you will need:
- A passport with an entry stamp to the country less than 90 days ago.
- A valid international driver's license.
A credit card is not required for booking, but you can use it to pay for the rental. We accept Visa and MasterCard, but DO NOT accept American Express.
The security deposit for a Kia Picanto and similar category cars is $200; for Kia Carens and similar category — $500; for Premium and Exotic categories, the deposit is calculated individually.

There are no additional charges or hidden fees, except for payment system fees or your bank's commission.
The rental price includes basic insurance covering third-party liability but does not cover car damage. Additional full coverage insurance can be purchased from the manager (cost is calculated individually for each car).
We do not limit mileage, but we strongly ask you not to exceed speed limits. Each car is equipped with a GPS sensor that tracks location and speed violations. In case of severe traffic violations or other legal infractions, the rental agreement may be unilaterally terminated. Additionally, crossing the Dominican Republic border (e.g., traveling to Haiti) is strictly prohibited.
All our cars are new and in excellent condition, but if a breakdown occurs, please contact us immediately at +1-829-432-7755.
If you are involved in an accident or damage the rental car, you must contact us immediately and under no circumstances attempt to repair the damage yourself. Our vehicles are serviced only by the official dealer, and any unauthorized intervention voids the vehicle warranty. If this rule is violated, the security deposit is forfeited, and legal measures may be applied.
